Meet Stephen Karpinski

Steve Karpinski is a high-performing realtor at Keller Williams Main Line, specializing in serving sellers, buyers, investors, and developers. Committed to delivering the highest level of service, professionalism, and expertise, Steve helps clients successfully navigate the real estate markets of Delaware, Montgomery, Chester, and Philadelphia counties.

A proud Havertown native, Steve graduated from Haverford High School and earned his Bachelor of Science in Math Education from West Chester University. Before transitioning to real estate, Steve worked as a middle school math teacher for three years. His passion for real estate began as an investor, and he now owns a real estate investment company focused on property flips, multi-family buildings, and short-term rentals.

Outside of real estate, Steve enjoys spending time with his dog, Cody, hitting the gym, and cheering on the Phillies as a season ticket holder. Deeply committed to his community, Steve is an assistant ice hockey coach at Haverford High School and served several years as a board member of the Haverford Township School District Education Foundation.
