Meet Stephen

Steve Karpinski is a high-performing member of NAR at Keller Williams Main Line. Steve specializes in working with sellers, buyers, investors, and developers. He is dedicated to providing the highest level of service, professionalism, and expertise to his clients. His knowledge extends to Delaware, Montgomery, Chester and Philadelphia County.

 

Steve grew up and currently lives in Havertown. He graduated from Haverford High School and West Chester University with a Bachelor of Science in Math Education. Steve worked as a middle school math teacher for three years before venturing into real estate as an investor. He owns a real estate investing company that focuses on flips, multi-family properties, and short-term rentals.

 

Beyond the world of real estate, Steve enjoys spending time with his dog, Cody, and working out at the gym, and he is a Phillies season ticket holder. He is actively involved in the community as a board member of the Haverford Township School District Education Foundation and is the assistant ice hockey coach at Haverford High School.
