Steve Karpinski currently lives in Havertown, PA. Steve grew up playing ice hockey for the Jr. Flyers and Haverford High and graduated from West Chester University with a Bachelors of Science in Math Education. For three years, I worked as a middle school math teacher before venturing into real estate as an investor, focusing on buying, renovating, and renting houses.

Now, I'm a realtor at Keller Williams Main Line in Ardmore, and I also own a real estate investing company. I am dedicated to providing the highest level of service, professionalism, and expertise to my clients. My knowledge extends to the neighborhoods of Delaware County and the Greater Philadelphia Region. In addition to my real estate experience, I bring dynamic negotiating skills, a strong work ethic, and an innovative use of technology to the table. Whether you're a first-time buyer, a seasoned investor, or someone looking to change their housing situation, I'm here to guide you every step of the way.

Beyond the world of real estate, I enjoy spending time at the gym and hanging out with my dog, Cody. I'm actively involved in the community as a board member of the Haverford Township School District Education Foundation, and I also serve as the assistant ice hockey coach at Haverford High School.
